Our 7-Day Policy
At Just Perfumes, client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
Crucial Condition
Due to hygiene and authenticity regulations, fragrances must be returned unopened, in their original protective cellophane packaging. Once a seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened items in original cellophane wrapping
- Items damaged during transit (must report within 24h)
- Incorrect item received
- Gift sets with all original items untouched

Inspection Prep
Securely pack the item. We will arrange a pickup or provide drop-off instructions.

Refund / Exchange
Upon verifying the item is unopened, we will issue a full refund or process the exchange within 3 business days.
